These are the next steps you need to take as an admitted Concurrent Enrollment student. You will need to complete these steps in order to be advised and enroll in classes.

Once matriculated by the appropriate Faculty Office in the USOS system, you can:

  • Log in to the USOSWeb system for the first time (more information HERE)

When retrieving your password, please use the email address you provided during your recruitment.


You will be notified of the completion of the matriculation process by the appropriate Faculty Office.

Access to Office 365 (including university mail, Microsoft Teams)

Once your account has been created by the IT Department (second half of September), initial login instructions will be sent to the email address you provided during recruitment. More information is available HERE.

Remember:

  • to fill in language test;
  • to take the oath, which will be available through the USOSweb system from 1.10.2022;
  • to take part in the obligatory safety training (more information soon);
  • your rights and duties, which you will find in the Rules and Regulations of Higher Education at UPJPII.
