ONLINE REGISTRATION
During online registration for studies on the basis of a foreign document, the candidate is obliged to:

1. attach:
   1.  a document confirming education at the appropriate level:         
      • with apostille or legalized,
      • with its official translation,
      • with an acknowledgement of entitlement to continue education at the appropriate level or, if there is none, with an appropriate certificate.
   2. a supplement or other official document providing a list of courses passed by the candidate with grades, if these are not indicated on the document attesting to the education obtained:
      •  in secondary school - when applying for admission to a first-cycle programme or a unitary master's programme,
      •  in higher education - in case of application for enrolment in second cycle studies;
2. declare the grade scale in which the results were obtained.

SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS

Candidates who have been accepted for admission:

• to higher education studies at the first degree or long-cycle studies on the basis of a foreign document which must be recognised by the Education Office as confirming the right to apply for admission to higher education studies in the Republic of Poland - in addition they submit the decision of the Education Office In particularly justified circumstances, if a candidate qualified for admission at the time of submitting the documents does not yet have the decision is obliged to submit a written statement in which undertakes to deliver it by the end of the first semester. In such a case, enrolment on the list of students, and in the case of foreigners, enrolment on the list of students and the administrative decision on enrolment are conditional.
• second-degree diploma based on a diploma of graduation from a university not recognized in the territory of the Republic of Poland by law or under an international agreement - shall additionally submit a certificate of its recognition. In particularly justified circumstances, when a candidate qualified for admission at the time of submitting the documents does not yet have the certificate, is obliged to submit a written statement in which undertakes to deliver it by the end of the first semester. In such a case, the enrolment on the list of students, and in the case of foreigners, the enrolment on the list of students and the administrative decision on enrolment are conditional.
