STATEMENT OF RESIGNATION

If for any reason you decide to withdraw from your studies, we strongly urge you to submit your resignation immediately! Please note that there are still other candidates waiting for vacant places!

The statement can be:

  • submit it in person to the appropriate Registrar's Office;
  • send it to the address of the Registrar's Office (the correspondence addresses can be found in the description of each field of study);
  • send it to the e-mail address of the Registrar's Office (in this case, the message must be sent from the address used to register in the IRK system).

REQUEST FOR RECONSIDERATION/APPEAL

In case you do not agree with the decision to deny an admission, you have the following rights:

  • the right to appeal - in the case of Polish citizens;
  • the right to submit an application for reconsideration of a case - in case of foreigners.

Since these applications initiate an administrative procedure, they must be signed by hand or electronically. It is not possible to send a scan!

The appeal should be submitted through the appropriate admissions committee (at the appropriate secretary's office). The application for reconsideration should be submitted to the Rector's Office.

APPLICATION FOR A REFUND OF THE ENROLMENT FEE

The enrolment fee may be returned in case of:

  • the candidate does not commence studies in a given field, level, profile and form;
  • resignation of a candidate from applying for studies in the Internet Candidate Registration (IRK) system before the end of electronic registration;
  • paying the fee after the deadline, which resulted in the candidate's inadmissibility to the selection procedure.

A request for a refund of the enrolment fee should be addressed to the University's Bursar: mgr Michalina Betlej.

POWER OF ATTORNEY

In case the documents for a particular course of study are submitted personally, a candidate qualified for admission may act through his/her proxy. In this case, the proxy must be duly authorized.

STATUTORY REPRESENTATIVE’S DECLARATION

If the candidate qualified for admission is not of age on the date of making the entry, he/she must have the consent of his/her parents or legal guardians to perform this action.

REQUEST FOR A FEE EXEMPTION FOR AN EDUCATIONAL SERVICE

  1. Fee exemption made at the voluntary decision of the University, as a relief of an exceptional nature and may be granted in particular in cases included in attached below form and instruction.
  2. The application should include:
    1. a detailed description of the applicant's material situation evidenced by documents or
    2. other documents 
  1. It is not possible to have the fee exempted in the first semester of study.
  2. A complete application must be submitted to the relevant secretariat before the start of the semester to which it relates. In the case of a fee for an educational service related to the education of foreigners on full-time studies in Polish, the application should be submitted to the Department of Teaching. The application cannot be sent by scan!
  3. Incomplete applications or applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
